Good morning, colleagues!
We are excited to announce that during the last few months we have formed a union section of the Intersindical in the company.
The elections to the works committee are approaching, and in front of the new labor context that awaits us, with the outsourcing of the service at 100% as the main protagonist (remember that it previously had a public participation of 25%), a group of colleagues has considered that it was time for a new trade union force to appear and consolidate in the company.
And we do it for a simple reason: because many of you have asked us to do so, specifically to one of our members or because you think that new people are needed, a change, a renewal. Without undermining at any time the work done by the colleagues who preceded us, but with a clear objective: to change the paradigm, to search for new formulas, to overturn what is necessary and to protect the most precious.
Working side by side with the all the colleagues, always looking for the common good, while respecting the decisions taken in the assembly of workers, which we believe, must be sovereign and mark the steps that the committee must follow. All this with the aim of always representing the collective, regardless of affiliations or electoral results, with the transparency you have always asked for.
